To accelerate the growth of Girls Cricket, Brisbane North Junior Cricket Association, will be holding a series of Girls January Camps 2018 at 12 participating clubs throughout Brisbane North.
These 3 day camps will take place over 3 consecutive mornings and have been specifically designed to provide girls with an opportunity to get out doors and have fun, while learning some of the basic skills associated with cricket. The programs will develop individual batting, bowling and fielding skills, while maximizing enjoyment for girls of all ages.
Delivered by accredited coaches, these camps cater for all skill levels from current players through to girls who are new to cricket.
The format will be be as follows:
Day 1 - Skills development and team building
Day 2 - Match Play (Using the skills the girls have acquired in a game)
Day 3 - Cricket 'Olympics' (The girls get a chance to showcase their skills in a fun series of challenges)
At the conclusion of the program we will email you a feedback report detailing your child's performance, we will also follow this up with a phone call to ensure you don't have any unresolved questions about the report or girls cricket in general.
